Arnold C. SCHAFER, President
Lisa C. Wood, Vice-President
Arnold Schafer and Lisa Wood established Schafer, Wood & Associates, Inc. after 25 successful years in the catastrophe insurance adjusting industry. Mr. Schafer and Ms. Wood bring to the company their experience and expertise in the home building and insurance industries.
Mr. Schafer enjoyed a successful career in the home building industry which started when he was a young man working in the family business. He retired the business and joined the insurance industry as an agent and adjuster for a national insurance carrier in Missouri, and an adjuster for a national adjusting company. With his vast knowledge of the home building and insurance industry, his career includes experience in residential and commercial losses, large and complex losses, and job responsibilities from adjuster to business manager. He continues to enjoy a successful career spanning over 25 years.
Ms. Wood started her career in the insurance industry as an adjuster for a national adjusting company in 1983 working Hurricane Alicia. With 25 years experience and numerous events worked, her knowledge and high standard of professionalism and work ethic has taken Ms. Wood from adjuster to trainer, re-inspector, file examiner, manager and business manager.
As founders of Schafer, Wood & Associates, Inc. Mr. Schafer and Ms. Wood ensure that their standards of excellence and ethics are brought forth in every claim handled by the firm.

Chris Robinson
Mr. Robinson’s position with Schafer, Wood, & Associates is director of client services (marketing) / storm manager. He has been with the company since 2002 and has 11 years experience in the catastrophe adjusting business.
Mr. Robinson has attended several universities’ including the U.T., H.P.U, & H.O.P... He currently holds a masters degree in physical fitness.
Mr. Robinson began his career just out of high school in the United States Army at the age of seventeen. During his time in the Army he qualified as a forward observer, attained the rank of corporal, completed air assault training, combat life saver training, and pathfinder training as well as qualifying expert on numerous weapons systems. Upon completion of his term of service Mr. Robinson was awarded an honorable discharge and is recognized as a service connected disabled veteran. After leaving the army he began working in the insurance industry as a storm adjuster. After several years adjusting he began working in management where he currently serves as director of client services and as storm manager. He has managed numerous large scale catastrophe events for Schafer, Wood, & Associates.

Angie Schultz
Ms. Schultz’ position with Schafer, Wood & Associates, Inc. is Director of Adjuster Services. Angie has been with the company for 3 years bringing with her 16 years experience in the catastrophe adjusting field.
Angie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, and pursued a career in insurance as an independent adjuster. After working several major events, she expanded her abilities and responsibilities to include adjusting, public relations, training, and leadership roles.
